The Fantastic Four & Beyond
Hudson Square Real Estate and Its Surrounding Neighbors
When we started Green Manzana, we wanted to build something rooted in the places we know best. Hudson Square real estate has always felt special to us; not just as a market, but as a community. Tucked between Soho and the West Village, this neighborhood has quietly transformed into one of Manhattan’s most exciting corners. With its cobblestone charm and big-name headquarters, Hudson Square is where creativity and calm meet.
From here, we naturally gravitate toward three other neighborhoods that feel like an extension of our world: Soho, Tribeca, and the West Village. We call them the Fantastic Four.
Soho blends classic cast-iron architecture with an ever-evolving creative pulse. Galleries, lofts, fashion, and food come together in a way that still feels effortless. Tribeca is calm and cinematic. Its wide streets and iconic buildings make it feel like a small town within the city. The West Village, with its tree-lined blocks and warm café glow, always feels like coming home.
We know these neighborhoods deeply. We walk their streets every day, talk to the doormen, and stop by our favorite local shops. It is not about coverage, it is about connection.
And while the Fantastic Four are our sweet spot, we have also worked beyond them. Each client’s story leads us somewhere new, and we follow with curiosity and care.
According to a recent article in Wall Street Journal article, downtown Manhattan is booming again, with buyers drawn to neighborhoods like Tribeca and the West Village for their quality of life and cultural appeal.
The Fantastic Four is more than a location. It is a way of living. If you are looking for a place that feels grounded, inspired, and connected, we would love to explore it with you.
