Green Manzana wasn’t born in a boardroom. It grew from lived experience and a desire to serve the city we call home.
Martin Shore, our founder, began his career creating experiences around sport, culture, and community. He worked on projects like Vamos Experience, promoting LaLiga and F.C. Barcelona in the U.S., led marketing efforts at Super Soccer Stars, and consulted for global organizations such as (RED) in Latin America. These experiences shaped his eye for connection, movement, and storytelling.
His journey into real estate began in 2019, renting apartments and managing properties. Over time, he grew into sales, investment deals, and eventually found his place in the luxury market. Today, he focuses on the neighborhoods he knows best and works with clients and brands that reflect his values.
That mindset became the foundation of Green Manzana: a boutique real estate brokerage in New York City with a fresh and people-first approach.

Camila Costantini, our Creative Director, draws from her architecture and design background to shape every listing and space with intention. Her visual clarity helps our clients see what a property can become.
Remko de Jong, our Real Estate Attorney, brings over 25 years of experience and more than 1,000 successful NYC transactions. He ensures that every step of the deal is secure, transparent, and expertly guided.
Enrique Shore, our Media and Visual Specialist, has more than 40 years of experience in photography and video. His imagery elevates every listing with a clear narrative and polished presentation.
