In recent years, I’ve had the privilege of working in the world of soccer and events, organizing unforgettable experiences for renowned brands like LaLiga and FC Barcelona. It was an incredible time, bringing together thousands of passionate fans and creating memories that will last a lifetime. During this period, with the help of my former partner in the events business, I made the wise decision to invest a portion of my earnings in New York City real estate. Little did I know that this choice would not only provide me with valuable knowledge as an investor but also ignite a new passion within me.
Embracing a New Path
When the pandemic hit and the events industry came to a standstill, I found myself at a crossroads. It was then that I realized I could combine my love for people, my affection for this incredible city, and my growing expertise in real estate to make a positive impact. I partnered with my real estate attorney, a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience and hundreds of successful transactions under his belt, to create the brand Green Manzana. Our mission is simple yet profound: to bring a fresh, warm, and human approach to an industry that often lacks a personal touch.
Gaining Valuable Experience
Over the past four years, I’ve immersed myself in various aspects of real estate, gaining invaluable experience along the way. I started by renting apartments of all types, representing tenants first and eventually working directly with building owners. As my knowledge grew, I progressed to purchasing properties for investors and individuals eager to make New York City their home. I’ve also had the pleasure of selling properties on behalf of investors and discovering exciting commercial opportunities, such as offices, restaurants, multifamily buildings, and land development projects.
